Shuttle Busses
There are shuttles busses from the Ann Morrison Park
which are organised by Epley's, the company that provides
tube/raft rentals in the park.
Basically when you have completed your float, which takes
about 1 and a half to two hours, depending on how the river
is running and if you paddle with or against it of course,
you get out at the steps at Ann Morrison Park. You
have to get out before the dam of course, there are
signs to warn you and you will probably see plenty of other
people getting out at the some time on typical days.
Be prepared to get out on the left as you near the
bridge.
The shuttle busses start running at 1PM every day during
the floating season. They run every hour on the hour
and the last bus on Monday through Thursday is at 8PM but on
Friday and the weekend the last bus doesn't leave until 9PM.
The trip from Ann Morrison Park back to Barber Park takes
about 20 minutes depending upon traffic.
You are allowed to take all your floating equipment on
the bas to take it back to Barber Park, but no dogs are
allowed on the bus.
A ride on the bus costs $3.00 per person.
